Returns are accepted for products that arrive with defects or quality control problems. The product must not match the image or description on the website to be eligible. Products cannot be returned used.

Requests for return refunds must be made by filling out the above contact form within 5 days of product delivery to you. In the contact form please identify your order number, product with the issue, description of the problem, and contact information. Prior to issuing a refund we may follow-up for further information such as pictures of the damaged product or with information on sending the product back.
